The International Road Transport Branch of the China Road Transport Association is an internal non legal professional organization established by our association in 2009. In accordance with the responsibilities assigned by our association's articles of association and the Regulations on the Work of Professional Organizations, it carries out work related to international road transport, implements the purpose of our association, promotes relevant national policies and regulations, reflects the opinions and needs of enterprises, and communicates with the competent departments of the government, Propose relevant policy suggestions and build a learning and communication platform。

一、Core Functions

Serving the government and enterprises, reflecting the demands of the industry, regulating industry behavior, and promoting the facilitation of international road transportation。

二、Professional Functions

Research and promote China's accession to the International Convention on Facilitation of Transport;

Research and implement the application of TIR system (International Road Transport Clearance and Certification/Guarantee System) and GMS system (Greater Mekong Subregion Convenience Transport System) in China;

Conduct research on the development of the international road transport industry and submit a draft of the Annual Report on the Development of the International Road Transport Industry to the China Road Transport Association;

Carry out industry consulting and business training to improve the management and technical level of our branch units and industry enterprises。

三、Management Functions

Draft, implement and promote the International Convention on Self discipline in the Road Transport Industry, and represent the China Road Transport Association in carrying out industry self-discipline;

Promote and implement national policies and regulations on international road transportation;

By organizing large-scale business activities, promote the convenient development of international road transportation;

Unite and gather outstanding enterprises in this field to participate in the work of the branch, and develop and strengthen the member team of the China Road Transport Association。

四、General Functions

Timely contact our branch units through effective means to reflect industry demands and voices;

Carry out international exchanges and cooperation;

Complete other tasks assigned by the China Road Transport Association。
